Cancellation and Refund Policy

All refund requests have to be sent us within only 4 hours from the time of successful application submitted without any documents provided. After 4 hours or documents were provided, your visa application will be non-refundable. In some reasonable case, refund after 4h of document submission is acceptable. However, it depends on our decision.

After our eVisa Service Team get application ID confirmation by the Government for your application, you could not request for cancellation anymore. Once the eVisa has been sent to your email address, we will be unable to reimburse you the visa fee. After 3 hours we send you your visa, if you do not confirm, we will assume by default that you have already received your visa.

We begin processing your application after we receive your full and correct required documents. Time of processing depends on types of your requirement, and not over the hours of that types of requirement. Time of processing may be longer due to the specific requirement from the government. We will inform you to fulfill that specific requirement, and we continue processing your application when we receive your fulfillment.

It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your visa request at your intended departure time. Our eVisa Service Team does not have the responsibility in case of your visa refused because of incorrect information filling and any loss incurred. Although every effort will be made on our part to correct any visa issues before your departure time, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of submission.

We strongly recommend that you check your visa information with your passport and personal information prior to departure.

The refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.

REFUNDABLE

- All refund requests have to be sent us within only 4 hours from the time of successful application submitted without any documents provided. After 4 hours or documents were provided, your visa application will be non-refundable. 

- We charge 5% of the total fee for the refund cost.

- If your visa was rejected by the Government because of special reasons or any unexpected reasons, our Online Visa Service Team will refund only the service fee (NOT Government fee) for you.

- Please note that the refund process may take 15 - 20 days due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the Credit/Debit Card account or to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
